Congrats to John Rizzo . I think the first match opened his eyes to how tough he would have to be . Yes he came through , very dominant after the first match . What a awesome headlock and then another off the mat in the finals . I watched it in person and alot better their than on tv.

Rizzo in the finals was a very impressive win. I give Rizzo alot of credit for keeping his composure for pretty much the entire season. I know how frustrating it can be and how boring wrestling can become whenever your opponent is constantly stalling and blocking just trying to have the match come down to a coin toss. The kid that he wrestled in the finals was undefeated and made the mistake to try and wrestle with Rizzo. Basically when I saw that the kid was trying to be aggressive and was pushing in, I know Rizzo was going to put him on his back. However the most impressive thing about the win was not that Rizzo dominated and thrown the other kid on his back. It was that he never stopped working for the pin. Even with time running out and with a huge lead Rizzo was still working arm bars. Most wrestlers would just sit on the lead and be happy. Refs, please do all the true wrestling fans a huge favor make these kids wrestle and continue to work for the the fall. If these kids won't wrestle call them for stalling and make them wrestle. Once again great match Mr. Rizzo.
