SO being the first seed is important??? BEdford gilrs have a good team this year but my question is how many dist championships have they won before joining the LHAC?? How many times have the beeen the top seed in AA basketball seedings??

What does being in the LHAC have to do with things? We have 1-2 loses in that league so its not like we are complaining about the "Big Bad Laural Highlands." Its a game we will get over it, we have bigger and better games that need to be played. Let Tussey get in their little county game in. Either way that does them no good to play a team they know they are gonna kill.

bedford gals beat tussey couple weeks ago. My question again how many Dist championships has bedford girls won in last 15 years?? I truly dont no. does anyone know that answer???

Well whenever Bedford is saying that we won't play them because we're scared...no that has nothing to do with....I'd gladly play you guys again if we had an opening but we don't.

Ummm... "1-2 losses"?!?

I don't really have a horse in this argument, but I've gotta call BS on that statement. Bedford is, at best, .500-ish in the league. (Which, by the way, is nothing to be ashamed of.)

I could count the Ws and the Ls one by one, if you insist; but let's not go there.

We are like 6-2 in the LHAC! Let me explain something for ya. There are different "sides" for the W/L. And some of the games we have played dont go towards our "LHAC w/l" its really hard to explain but in all seriousness thats what i read and what coach has said. Granted i could be off by like one but we only have like 1 or 2 losses.

Games we've Lost
* Bishop Carrol(only play 1)
* Westmont (1 game)
* Cambria Heights(won the 2nd time we played them)
* 2 Games at Bishop Guilfoyle Tourny but those dont count
*Centrel
*Richland
* Johnstown
* McCort

Games like Richland and Carrol dont count towards our LHAC record, i believe.

Ok, I gotcha -- you're talking about your Section record. That record probably *is* something-and-2 (pending tomorrow's trip to Martinsburg).

Central and CH are the only losses you have in-section so far, but all the others you list (other than the tourney games) are LHAC league games as well; they just don't figure into the sectional standings.

noname, to answer your question, I went to the D5 website and got the girls AA basketball champs for the past 10 years.

Everett has won 4, TM -3, Conemaugh Twp.- 1, Meyersdale- 1, Windber- 1

Looks like Bedford hasn't won a D5 championship for atleast 10 years.

Thanks for the info TMF. I see where Tussey Jr high Girls gave Everett pretty decent game?? Is that correct???
