GCC and Vincentian Academy still have both. Probably several others.

yes i was only thinking AA at first and didnt think there was any more but im sure there are more with those 2 AA as well as the other classes..

General McLane(AAA) out of D-10 has both teams left.
Chartiers Valley in WPIAL has both girls(AAAA) and boys(AAA)
A few D-7 teams had a chance to advance both squads but failed. i.e Jeannette, Burrell, Gateway etc.
I'd say Char Valley and McLane have the best shot to win both of their 2nd round games.
GCC girls will likely get smacked by a very angry Seton-LaSalle squad.
