Whoever has the best line play will win it in the lhc, and I feel somerset has the better line. Those 4 teams all have skilled players back though. Should be interesting. Somerset should have beat richland last year without their best player, tanner stull at richland. Didn't bg lose to bedford and hc and portage beat hc last year. Somerset beat bedford without stull also.
I watched the somerset bedford game... Their one starting wing/safety Blevins and starting fb/olb Bingham both got hurt late in the game when bedford had a couple opportunities to win the game... And also stull played both rb and cornerback even with a cast on his arm... Somerset may have been more dangerous with Barnes and stull both in the backfield... I think if Blevins and Bingham stay in the game bedford wins that one

Stahl definitely played in the Bedford game last year. It was his first game back and he was definitely a major factor in Bedford not winning. I think he had at least 3 big runs of over 20 yards and I think 2 of them went for TD's.

Who's STAHL? His name is TANNER STULL. Most have it right. Cousin to former Pitt Qb Bill STULL.

Yah, my bad that was his game back and he played rb. I was thinking Barnes was qb so stull wasn't in. He did have a big game. They did put him at rb at first. They were better with both in though. You are right! I didn't know guys got hurt from bedford. It was a great game. Eller their stud lb will be the big rb for them this year. A good wrestler also. Heiple is smaller, but quick and will be in the mix also. Rumor has it somerset has a tough lineman coming over from berlin this year. His parent teaches in the school at somerset. Should help them out! Will be a good game next year. Bedford lost a stud in koontz though! He was a tackling machine.

Guilfoyle lost only one key player in the #24. But all the key pieces are back. I believe they have what it takes to make the state championship. I just think it is a longer shot than most top teams

BG will probably win D6 A without to much of a struggle but to say they will compete for a state championship, I just don't see it happening. Honestly they probably wouldn't be a top 5 WPIAL team. D6 is down and have been for a few years now.

Ok but how many WPIAL teams come out of the WPIAL? Oh yeah, One. And D6 doesn't play them until if the both make the championship. That's D5's problem trying to beat the WPIAL in round 1.
