A clear case of uniform envy. And I don't think it's quite 37, but close.

Maybe it's meant to confuse the opposition. Like a mis-direction play. I'd be curious to know what Richland spends on its athletic budget. Just for comparison purposes. Thanks for the pic, it just re-inforced everyones' notions about the Rams.
