D6 AA Playoff Bracket/Discussion/Predictions

Anybody have any knowledge of if A championship is gonna be Friday night again and AA Saturday?

I have info that AA will be Friday night this year. Only because there was another event that was being arranged, so the holder contacted D 6 about the date.

A question for those picking Tyrone over Central. Has Tyrone gotten that much better over the course of the season that they can make up the difference from being mercy ruled to winning? It's an honest question. You guys have seen Tyrone more than I have I'm sure.

Yes they have. Early game was quarterbacks second start ever and every other skilled player with a new center this year. Tyrone had 4 or 5 fumbled snaps a couple led to Central points and Tyrone dropped 2 interceptions that led to eventual Central scores. Not taking anything away from Central they are good and came prepared week 2 and are number one for a reason but Tyrone shot themselves in the foot a lot that night. It will be much closer if they meet up again.

The question is did Tyrone defense get better? Not to be disrespectful but Central did what they wanted on offense. Not saying it will be the same outcome this time but if it becomes a shootout I like Centrals chances.

If they meet, I also think it will be a different game.  I said you had to get Tyrone early, the young guys got shocked in week 2. Having said that, I don't know if Tyrone would win or not in meeting #2. What I can say is, I hope for a different game plan. Week 2 the defense played to protect against the deep ball and big plays, only to get gashed by the running game and big plays that came with that. The coaches took the blame for that, as they never made an adjustment.
Tyrone should be healthy by the time the game rolls around, I would say a chance at victory depends on Coach Wilsons game plan. It would obviously have to change.  I'm not positive of the stats, but Tyrone may have thrown 5 or 6 completions in the game. Start there considering your QB now has over 1800 yards passing.

FYI .. I don't think that we should all have these brackets penciled in. If you look at the past brackets that I posted, it is rare that 1 meets 2, teams can get caught flat.

Forest Hills is known for it in recent years
Huntingdon did it to Juniata last year

That's why they play the games.

I agree.. I shouldn't made it sound like a sure meeting.. Anything can happen and something usually does... I hoping for 1 and 2 meeting
