When Pitt and Penn State's athletic departments scheduled these games several years ago, I highly doubt they knew what their Sargain ranking would be a week before the game.

But I am sure the athletic departments knew what division of college football they competed in when they scheduled the games.

And that means? Shouldn't a local tv sportscaster know about the local college schedules, and not make comments he knows nothing about? What is he assuming? That all FCS schools are weaker than all FBS schools?
