The bottom line is if the Dr. says he can play, then you play him if that's what he wants. And no, he won't be a decoy. Injuries can happen at any time. He'll be playing basketball...can just as easily injure himself there. No, you play him and don't deny him a chance to finish his HS football career on the field

So who gets to sit the pine that has contributed all year? After seeing how good this team has been this year, was Chadbourne as valuable to his team as either Hoenstine or Smith? He is great player but BG still very good with out him, not sure Central or LV is in the same spot this year if you take away one of those

If they are worried about him being a liability then they won't play him. Give him the ball the first series. No better way to see if he's ready or not. Call inside zone (see what I did there) or run power. BG is smart they aren't going to risk him or their chances of winning. They know they have talent elsewhere on the field.

Guys, they're going to play him and the others, much like they did last year. He'll not be the feature player, but he will play and make a difference.

If they can get him 5-7 touches and he's effective, they'll be even that more dangerous.

Is it true that Leigh could revoke scholarship offer ? They are still able to get out right , if he were to have an injury? Just like he could decommit and go somewhere else. So probably they don't really care if be plays?

Penn State only offered him preferred walk-on before the injury. It was reported in the Altoona Mirror that he was at the PSU-Iowa game on an official visit, long after committing to Lehigh. He may still be mulling his options.

If he's been given a FULL medical clearance, and he wants to play, I'd give him some reps during the game. A few touches will give Clairton (presumed) another weapon to prepare for.

um yeah...nobody has signed anything yet....my question is, if the Dr says he's good to go, why the HELL is everyone so worried about another injury?  Would you feel that way if he was never injured?
