They held the ball for a minute and then were able to get a layup?  That’s good basketball on their part.  They should ‘t Have been able to get a good shot off let alone a layup.

How does a 1A school have players at 6'-10", 2 at 6'-8", 6'-7", 2 at 6'-5", 6'-4", 6'-3"........   That's a rhetorical question....

"We don't cheat!" This is hilariously dumb < Just read how dumb the coach sounds talking about it.

I saw a great game last night at the Altoona Fieldhouse, the Mars Planets pulling out a thriller against the Milton Hershey Spartans, 62-61. Foul-plagued Notre Dame recruit Rob Carmody stood up to the constant pressure thrown at him throughout the game to lead his team. There were 2 big lead changes, but at the end, on this night, the public school won. I remember when single A Milton Hershey defeated a potent public Laurel Valley team. Guess these days recruiting and sponsorships is a viable big business.

Looks like some games are on for now, but that may change.  I expected to wake up to snow, it really only started an hour ago here in Johnstown, but it has really come down.

Go watch high school games where there is a shotclock and youll fully understand my point of view. Games are smoother and close games dont slow down to a dead stop.

The stalling wasnt just west catholic last night in that game. Penns Manor was just as guilty of having minute long possessions in the 4th and OT.
