I don't see this boy in the D5 bracket, so Deputy must have done the right thing.

Heard that he was dismissed from the team, so it looks like CR will not have anyone in at that weight for districts.dadw/2sons wrote: February 22nd, 2024, 11:26 am you are correct, as of now, he is not listed to wrestle.
I don't think I would call it recruiting. I do not think they are actively asking kids to move in. But they do get a lot of transfers in. As someone who wrestled at Cr and had kids wrestle we were always proud that our kids actually were home grown. It was pretty much that way all through lazors tenure. It's changed under deputy. He has the compound and kids want to move in to be closer to that training facility. Most are doing it the right way by buying a house in the school district there is also a co-op with a Christian school in Bedford. While legal I and many other former Cr wrestlers/ parents don't like it. It makes the winning hollow when 4 of the 13 kids are from outside schools. Some of the transfers are definitely not just for wrestling and some are definitely for wrestling.creedence wrote: February 21st, 2024, 7:00 pm CR don't recruit. Moving for job transfer in alot different than kids moving in from Florida and North Carolina like they do at Mccruit.
Mull,Wharton,Webb and Wells have all transfered in. Webb and Wells had nothing to do with wrestling.Wercrlions wrote: February 17th, 2024, 6:45 pmWho has Ridge recruited?bedfordcountyfan wrote: February 17th, 2024, 10:54 am at that point ridge had absolutely nothing to gain from winning a match. i don't see anyone putting this individual up to it. Ridge just got out recruited plain and simple. Im sure we may see more talent coming to Bishop Ridge in coming years.
