the fact of the matter is this. this list is not objective, and could never be. its obvious that i do not support the less media friendly sports such as gymnastics or surfing, etc. therefore, i dont think they are tough, or difficult. gunner, for example, is a fan of these sports asn soccer, so he supports them. it all depends on your walk of life i guess. and as a closing statement, softballs are huge and the field is a little league field. i suck at baseball, but i could hit my high schools best pitcher.

A point about baseball, what other sport can you fail at 70% of the time and still be one of the top in your field.

how about golf at 51. anyone who has tried golf knows its harder than a bunch if the sports above it. there is so many little things that can make your whole swing bad. if your clubface is a little bit off in any direction your ball is messed up. Golf is a hard sport i think a lot of people can agree with that.

i once read in a newspaper that the hardest thing to do in sports is stop a penalty kick i wish i had all of the statistics it gave

although very difficult. gymnastics is also very weird. the participants are all 4,11'' freaks of nature. I saw a competition on cbs over the weekend it was like a beauty pageant on drugs.very weird

endurance, strength, power, speed, agility, flexibility, nerve, durability, hand-eye coordination, and analytic aptitude are the standards.
