District rankings after week 5
Re: District rankings after week 5
If that is the case, where they play the weaker schools week after week, maybe their whole schedule is filled with weaker teams, it will certainly catch up with them in the playoffs. It will be very difficult for them to win a championship. I experienced that first hand playing schools in our league and then playing some of the somerset co. schools in the playoffs. The schools make high marks and receive a top 4 seed only to be beaten by a school that maybe finishes .500 but plays a much tougher schedule. It all comes out in the wash. I am not criticizing all the somerset co. schools, I am just referring to my experience first hand with a couple of them. It is not only in somerset co. It is all over.

I'll help CoachK out and inform that he is referring to his experience in softball when making reference to the Somerset co. teams...(and I could use the points this post will give me too)

Trying to make a point Mike, not trying to accumulate points. No need to help me out. But thanks anyways!!!!!

I think it's funny how the one poster said that Ridge will finish unbeaten....does the season end today or something..?? Last time i checked Mo Valley was a very talented football team. How about Bellwood? are they any good.... i guess everett and Northern Bedford quit playing football after week 5. so i think it's safe to assume that CR is gonna be 15-0 state champs this year, cuz every other team is lousy....

I hope Chestnut Ridge loses soon!! I don't care to who. They are pretty cocky for not doing anything special
