Man o man- I'm just too deep. I have to explain everything to you under 20's. St. Elmo's fire, other than being the name of an 80's movie, is a strange type of lightning, first called St. Elmo's fire, by early mariners. That's the short version. Look it up.

All right, children. That's long enough. It appears I've stumped the Liberals. The answer is, ta-da! ANDREW JACKSON! I do believe he was an early Democrat. I heard this on Sean Hannity about 2 weeks ago, as he was interviewing Mrs. VP Cheney, who happened to be writing a new book about Andrew Jackson, and Hannity volunteered that bit of trivia.

Visited Andrew Jackson's house "The Hermitage" near Nashville. Did you know that it had a guitar shaped drive-way? Not for cars though, just wagons and horses.

LOL. Thanks for the trivia. Jeez, we all got all worked up over Andrew Jackson, and obviously, politics back then are nothing like they are today, but.

Yeah, back then when they disagreed, the just picked up some pistols and started firing. Bring back the duel! At least it was honorable, if you were willing to die for what you believed in.
