24/7 Maybe the PIAA shoul investigate to much practice time for this team. Let me see Perdew only showed up for a few importan games. Then I feel you are saying you needed her not Arlene in these games. If Perdew was not important to your team why was she a base coach the times she was there? Also I believe Arlene did not work with Mann when she pitched for Everett....

sorry 24/7 is an expression. and no we really didn't need her. Arlene just let her run the base so she could watch us and her daughter from the sidelines for once 2 get a different perspective 2 see what 2 work on. And Perdew didn't help Mann because she was in college getting her teaching degree, she couldn't have time for us when she was playing herself, not that i care.

Actually I am not sure where you got your info., but Perdew did coach Mann even before she started in 9th grade. Perdew and Smith started coaching the same year, even thought Perdew was in college. As for last season, the reason why Perdew was not at all of the games, or practices was the she taught at Ridge, and also continued pitching lessons for all of the girls in the county. Just to set the record straight, but now that she is teaching at Everett, she will help the Everett softball team full time.

gator chick, seems to be some jealousy brewing in Everett. I believe Perdew will be a great coach. If the girls from Everett don't want her, I'm positive there would be some schools that would glady take her.

Sorry, but sounds like I hit a nerve. I don't really care what your problem is with her. It just sounded like you were really upset with something in particular. Whatever, It doesn't affect me. I just figured that people would be team players, and would want whatever is best for the team. I would think that the more knowledgeable people you have coaching for you, the better off you would be, team wise, despite your own personal opinions. :!:

u have no idea how much i care about the team................i live softball and i care about all my friends on it...........so hey back off cause u aren't there 2 see what goes on
