As far as Rutherford goes, if you kick someone's window and you have a black belt in karate, can you be held for breaking the window with a weapon? Cause if you kick someone in the face and you're a ninja master, you can be held for use of a deadly weapon. I'm just curious.

JoePa recently TRIED to rape a girl too. But when "A CERTAIN THING" wouldn't function just right, the police got him for for assault with a dead weapon.

I don't understand how you, as an AD or as an administration, can let this stuff go on without doing something about it. I mean, you don't even see Penn State instituting earlier curfews or anything like that. I'm not saying that would stop all the problems, but it's a way of letting people know that this stuff has to stop. Why are they okay with all of this? Why is it okay for Joe Paterno to pull somebody over? I'm actually surprised that husband didn't punch him in the face. I sure as Hell would have. Then I would have called Ham and cried tears of joy that Paterno wouldn't be on the sideline.

The husband probably didn't punch him because he would have killed him. . . thats the only reason I can come up with.
