It doesn't matter what type of offense Bishop McCort will run, they don't have an offensive line that can't block. Thier line coach (DiRosa) didn't teach the linemen anything last year and he's back to lead the linemen this year. Bishop McCort will be hard press to win one game this year, they don't have athletes that can carry a team. McCort does have thier backfield back, but if can't block up front, you will not be able to move the ball which means you will lose.

When dealing with threatening circumstances, reactions inside the body help mobilize physiological body resources. This is known as the Fight or Flyte Response. So I guess the kids at BM will either disappear from the team (Flyte) or stick with the team (Fight). Fight or Flight? Which is it?

They don't have any good athletes at this time, They do have a lot of above average athletes at this time. Some of these athletes are very good wrestlers, but it doesn't mean they are good football players. Again I feel it goes back to coaching, over the years, coaching down at McCort was very poor no direction to the program. Wish McCort would have a Head Coach like Baliey, someone who could change attitude of the players.

In 2014 Richland was 4-6. Conemaugh Township was 4-7. Conemaugh Valley was 2-8 with both wins coming against 0-10 Ferndale. Westmont was 1-9. It was a bad year for local football. It also looks like the glory years for football has shifted to fifth and sixth grade. Many kids seem to now be sick of football by high school.

Be careful what you say concerning this and certain other athletes. It may just be rumor, and your post will be deleted in the interest of not harming the named individual. So I've been told.

Yes, that young man did hurt his knee, a bad break for McCort, he could be a starting qb next year, moving Cook to another position where he could play both sides of the ball. I also agree, players around this area is down in skills.
