Vman, Runk was dominated at FH besides a 90 some yard run right up the middle. Runk vs. Mehall was not even a comparison that night. You can't go by who beats who, as you should know it takes 11 players to win a football game.

Mehall only played defense in spot situations this season. I know the kid's father quite well and he wasn't
real happy about it but he said if it works out for the team so be it. I know he is one of the faster players
on FH's team and would have done a good job there.

I think that list would have to include Cody Waltman from Everett.

Mehall did not play offense because he was FH's best offensive player along with Glessner. Bailey has been doing this for years and if you have depth why not do it?

Uhh, 27- 0, 29-26 & nearly losing/blowing a huge lead to a mediocre Jtwn team @ home! Need any other reasons he should have played Defense?

I think most FH fans would agree that the losses to CC and Cental were NOT the fault of the defense. Failures by the offense set up most of the opponent's scores in these games. A "fresh" Mehall on offense was worth more to the team than a "tired" Mehall going both ways. Did McCort's QB play both ways this year?
