Re. the game, it was 21-0 before the North knew if it was Brooklyn or Tuesday then behind a tough O-line they mounted a long scoring drive...then by game rule (still in 1st Qtr.), North got the ball back & again drove length of field (mostly all on ground again) we are now in 2nd Qtr & N kicks off.....T Holby from Blacklick takes it to the house......North ball again & they drive length of filed. South got ball & ran a play from scrimmage for like first time since mid 1st qtr (we are now @ like 5 mins. left in 1st half) South throws a pick & North scores again before half....WILD first half...South ahead 28-26.
In the end the South was loaded offensively......Kaltenbaugh @ qb.....Ripple, Lowry, Zellum, Christian, Valcheff & a very togh O-Line themselves.
The Lantzy group runs a classy event for all these young men. Lots of talent on that field & thank God no injuries I know of!
