I didn't research the stats. I just heard it. You're welcome to do that, though.

I guess everyone that has postreplied on this realy has no idea what they are talkin about. Top Players are as listed
1.Forrest Hills- Luke Galliher
2.Johnstown/Altoona?- Mark Watson
3.Johnstown-Haselrig
4.McCourt-Wilson
5.?
There are a few others as well, but none that i have noticed that will really stick out this year.

FYI- MAXPREPS -is- the official stat site for the PIAA. Check it out and you -WILL- find that Luke Gallaher was the highest avg last year @ 27.5 ppg. 2nd was Casey Baker of Conneaut Val. @ 26.7. Saved ya the 'trouble' of looking it up, folks.

haha East All Star, I know way more what I'm talking about then you do my friend.
First off, you have Hasselrig as a Guard. He is 6"3 and he can't dribble and can't shoot, the kid is athletic. Good player not a guard.
Secondly, How can Mark Watson be ranked as number 2, He would rather watch cheerleading then play State Playoff games. The kid is really really good. but come on no dedication.
thirdly, If your gonna go off and say nobody knows what they're talking about....at least spell right...McCourt? really? galliher? come on dude. Get your spelling up.
I'm not going to make a list because I haven't been involved in Basketball for two years now and I'm not sure what kids have stepped up.
McCort has a good guard trio of Mason del Rosario, Pat O'Reilly, and Jerqual Wilson.
Johnstown HAD Eddins and Watson. Not looking like it from what I'm hearing. They can be in trouble.
Richland has Malzi listed as a Forward, They need a guard to step up
Westmont was senior heavy last year, I think the little Miller kid can play
Bedford i have no clue?
Somserset has Zach Helsley returning, maxpreps had him as their 4th leading scorer from last year.
Section I
Gallagher is the best, nobody can deny that.
Vigneault from CC is coming off a real good season
Dylan Link from Bishop Carroll
Caldwell from Heights has a successful season
BG didn't have maxpreps stats I'm not sure
Penn Cambria needs somebody to step up

I hear he is a dominant athlete and also excels on the football field particularly a stock blocker for richlands running game. He will definitely have to step up.
