i doubt 4-5 will get them into the playoffs, they need to pick up at least one win in their last two games which will be hard to do. bc is a solid solid club and the last two times mccort has gone to de gol to play them they've struggled to win. and well that season finale against the rangers, fh is the best team in the lhac but its mccort/fh, its at the point, its senior night for the crushers. anything can happen. never count out a ken salem coached football team.

4-5 easily gets McCort into the playoffs. They're looking at like an 8-10 seed.

My projections look like this:

#3 Bellwood-Antis (8-1) BYE
#4 Juniata Valley (8-1) BYE
#5 Homer-Center (7-2) hosts #12 Blacklick Valley (4-5)
#6 Portage (7-2) hosts #11 Southern Huntingdon/Moshannon Valley (4-5) LOSER
#7 Glendale (6-3) hosts #10 United (5-4)
#8 Moshannon Valley/Southern Huntingdon (5-4) WINNER hosts #9 Bishop McCort (4-5)

There are a few toss up games that will determine a lot of things. I have United losing to Cambridge Springs in this scenario, if they were to win, they easily the #8 seed, if not pushing close to the #7 seed.

Moshannon Valley and Southern Huntingdon play each other week 9, while Southern has Tussey next week and Mo Valley has West Branch. Tussey/Southern is a tossup, but I gave the win to Tussey. If Southern wins both, they could battle for the #7 seed. Winning over Tussey will propel them to the #9 regardless of outcome against Mo Valley.

Juniata Valley and Bellwood-Antis play next week, if Juniata Valley wins, they'll be the #1 overall seed, if they lose they'll be #4. Not gonna lie, I HOPE to God that JV wins next week. It'll make the potential Bellwood/Bishop Carroll showdown come the in the Championship game and not the semi-finals.

I have never seen a team walk through the LHAC like the Rangers are doing. They look like a college team playing highschools, or a highschool team playing jv teams.. you get my point. The team honestly didn't play a good game against PC, made a lot of mistakes, and still end up winnin by 25+. This team hasn't trailed this seaon at all. They've won every game by 25 or more. AND Bailey is starting to get Meier and Unger involved more.. I know I said the Johnstown game would be a good one.. sorry Johnstown. The FH secondary is once again the best in the LHAC for the 3rd straight season, and everyone knows how FH is upfront.

im not even getting into this there was one player, yes one player, on that team last year that started and didnt go to mccort as a freshmen. and only two who started and didnt go to the parochial schools. so im not even delving into it because it was with the exception of two players, well really only one.
