Wasn't Forest Hills still passing against Westmont after already being up big because they were working on their passing game? Maybe Southern Fayette wanted to keep finetuning their passing game for the state championship.

Bitter much DoCoogie? What was Westmont's record this year again? Terrible? They haven't beaten FH since 2000, and probably won't again for the foreseeable future. Get over it.

FH had a great run and got beat by a better team, simple as that. D6 champs and state semifinalists, something to be proud of! Congrats!

Good grief, was that some sad attempt to get under my skin? Just saying nobody should be whining about a team doing to Forest Hills what Forest Hills did to another team. I was cheering for both Bishop Carroll and Forest Hills this weekend. FH had a great season and playoff run, but got taken behind the woodshed today by a much, much better team.

That was like an Episode of Friday Night Lights where the Dillon Panthers were getting their A$$'s handed to them. Guys were open all over the field with no one around. That being said, Great year for Forest Hills. They just ran into a team that was out of their league.

Jack Daniel - Where were you all year when your team was getting their tails handed to them? This is the most i've seen you comment on a game. How did Mccort Football do today?

More proof that football season should have ended two or three weeks ago.

I'm not from FH but this is what I hate about this area and the people in it. People just can't wait to trash a great season by FH and BC. I don't care if your public or private the state semi's are great and both programs should be proud. I root for any team from the area in the playoffs at this point and want as much success for this area as possible in the postseason. Success by any team at this time is a positive reflection on the entire LHAC.

District 6 people don't give credit, they'd rather bring you down to their lowly level.
We're all guilty of it. Nobody can deny it.

I always support the local teams when they get into states, no matter what. I just took exception to the passing late in the game comments, i.e. that was about the posters not the FH football team. FYI, I was part of the big crowd (sellout?) at the War Memorial to watch Bishop McCort's state hockey championship game, made the long drive to West Chester to watch Piro and Carlson lead BM to the state hockey championship and was probably the only non-BM person at the Point Stadium last year for the little sendoff thing for the state football championship (planned on going to the game but something came up.) I was truly disappointed when Johnstown gave up the late goal to Father Judge, Forest Hills lost in double-overtime and Conemaugh Valley girls fell short. I moan and groan about the whole PIAA system (public vs private) but when it comes down to it I support the local kids against the rest of the state. Disappointed to see both local (and LHAC) teams go down in the semis, but great seasons. On to basketball and wrestling.
