Southpaw- Of course if the points were close enough Crouse would be seeded ahead of Easter. I do like how you try to put out there CR had as tough or tougher schedule then Bedford. Crouse did wrestle a pretty tough schedule with bouncing in weight he hit some good kids. Overall his schedule prob wasn't as hard. CR as a whole prob. doesn't have a top 6 schedule strenght in D-5. (that should stir it up)

Odyle- Good work on looking up all that stuff. I didn't know how the point system worked although I thought Easter would have enough points to hold off Crouse.

I would assume if Replogle or Crouse win this weight they collect OW honors along with it. otherwise it will prob go to Roberts as a career acheivment type vote.

I remember a freshman 4 years ago that came to Thomas with about 8 losses and went on and won a state title.... Roberts. Maybe Crouse is on the same path.

Either way 113 is going to be highly anticipated @ districts. 3 high level kids all with a shot to win it. I didn't think Crouse could do it once let alone twice so who knows what happens here.

I think that the Crouse/Roberts comparison is going way too far. Roberts had 6 losses as a freshman, 2 to AAA state champ Gulibon, 1 to PA 3rd Polacek, 1 to PA 4th Durso, and to 2 other state qualifiers. With no losses to other D5 wrestlers in his career amongst his 10 career losses. Contrasted with Crouse's 10 loss freshman regular season, of which 5 of the losses are to D5 wrestlers.

Yeah, I know. But it's been boring around here and I thought it was a good conversation starter.

Does anyone know how many post it takes to be upgraded from Freshman Status on Bleacher Coaches. I am beginning to feel like I am back in college on the 10 year program.
