BF vs Lakeview at Slippery Rock is my guess.

Paired with New Castle vs Cathedral Prep. SRU will hold NC's huge fan base again.

An all public school western final 4. When is the last time that happened? Would love to see ct play lake view. Lake views coach is a local boy. Would be a neat matchup. Good luck to the Indians. Represent the area well.

WM's Dogan went off tonight despite McCort triple teaming him. I think I read that he had 20 in the fourth quarter alone.

West Middlesex is a nice team. They have shooters and a real nice player in Matt Dogan. McCort held him to 10 through 3 quarters, then the kid guarding him went down and he went off. Not a great outside shooter. But a very smart player. He dips his shoulders, pump fakes, draws contact and gets a ton of calls that way. He scored over half of his points against BM from the line late in the game. They are cocky and physical. I really hope CT can pull the upset, but it will be tall task.

Dogan didn't do much until Jordan Spnagler went down. CT better have someone that committed to guarding him like Spangler was. His shoulder popped out at the 4 minute mark with a tie game. Changed the whole complexity of the game.

they have 2 capable of guarding him. giving them the ability to switch off. too bad you havent got to see them play this year. and as far as the upset they have been doing that, the last 3 games youve gone against them lol

Well I took Westinghouse thinking their 6-8 player was playing and he didn't. I took Brentwood, because it usually isn't a bad idea to take a WPIAL team over District Five. No offense, just past history. I'm not shocked nor did I make a pick for the Northern Cambria game. I assumed Township to win to be honest. The bracket has set up nicely in terms of matchups for CT. This one will be the toughest opponent they have seen all year, and best player by far as well. This one will be a true upset. The others CT won as the better team.

just messing with ya on the picks lol... everyone is entitled to chose who they think will win and why. these guys just go in with the attitude that they are gonna win and noone is gonna beat them.. obviously they are beatable but attitude has a lot to do with the game as their confidence is high and none are afraid to step up and shoot the ball. its a shame the westpac game came when it did and not taking anything away from shade but as i said earlier to spaw when he said about playing that game again, ct had just played 8 games in 12 days and were tired you could see it, then playing at upj with that huge court and shade playing their best game this year beat them....hard to beat a team that shoots like 25 out of 26 on the ft line but i think that loss was good for them. to many teams go into the playoffs with double digit wins and lose right away i just wish bm would have won its game to set up a western final four in our own back yard, that would have been a great game. its too bad jordan went down, i think that game would be different with him in their the whole game.

thanks deepcreek, but my son was on last years team that lost to beaver falls, this years team is just as good as last years team last years team had the unfortunate luck of drawing sheldon jeters team that lost in the championship game.
