From what I read brushing this topic under a rug is how the whole thing started. I guess we'll keep the trend going.

If someone on here says something "disruptive to a court case", shouldn't the lawyers on both sides of the case already have thought about it???? These guys have law degrees. If you are a lawyer, and are getting your advice about a case from Bleachercoaches, you are in trouble.

From what I've read nobody has gone over the top or was disruptive. I agree if someone justs get on here and rants and raves without making any sense in what they are saying THEY should be banned, not the topic. See WPInheadAL for example. Everybody that has commented has kept it clean. So where is the problem, except for the McCOrt people not liking the bad comments about their precious, better than public school image.

The reason we have secret ballots in elections is, so that NO ONE is intimidated when voicing their opinion. Keeping the posters on here anonymous does the same thing. You should not be afraid to speak your mind under threat of a reprisal. And, not everything provocative is slanderous.

This is censorship and a violation of our freedom of speech all the way. I agree. Lock the thread, don't delete it. Like I said in my post in this thread, I don't know Mr. Salem, but have heard nothing but good things about him.
