Question for those with Ohio State over Mississippi State, or even TCU and Baylor. What is your reasoning for putting them in the top 4? Ohio State has by far the worst loss of anyone and they only have one good win which was at Michigan State. Miss St. lost on the road to Alabama by less than a TD and may not have too hard of a schedule but they did beat teams like Auburn, LSU, etc. The Big Ten is so weak this year and the Buckeyes haven't even played the top 2 teams in the other division, Wisconsin and Nebraska. I would even still have TCU and Baylor ahead of them as well.
I can't see the top 4 this week being anything else but some combination of Oregon, FSU, Alabama, and Miss. St.

The eye test is important and who you beat and who you lost to is also important.

Ohio state doesn't do well with the eye test or the schedule test! They have looked weak against multiple teams (including navy and penn state) and the schedule they have is poor and they lost to Vtech ( a team with a losing record).
Honestly the big 10 lost their chance with their non conference play this year! Almost all of their teams lost in a big game against another conference. Quite honestly Trying to have Ohio state in the discussion just seems unfair to teams like ole Miss, Mississippi state, TCU, Baylor, Alabama, and oregon. I'm a big 10 lover but we need to knock ourselves down a peg. Mississippi state won at LSU, they best auburn, Texas A&M and lost a close game @ Alabama. Heck LSU beat Wisconsin to start the season and we just saw what they did to Nebraska! Do we really think that Mississippi Is a bad team?

An Ohio State team with a 12-1 record will be in the mix at the end of the year. BUT if the other 6 teams win out, they won't be in the playoff, and they shouldn't be either.
