crimson is a good poster and he won't go away (he's a mod) but when someone puts out poop you gotta let them know! People keep patting things on the back and they become lazy and horrific. Kinda like ESPN and Fox news.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. It was a pleasure to cover the area once again. I've been able to get plenty of kids' names into the hands of college coaches the past few seasons, that's always been the goal is to give the area more exposure and to enhance the profiles of football players in our area and do some things the newspapers and television stations can't give.

Again, can't please everyone. Just surprised that people are up in arms for something that has been done for three years now.

Nice job crimson.

Can't say I agree with every name on there, but it's your list. I appreciate all the time you put into the local sports scene.

wow, I can't believe people would criticize you Ghost. I've been hard at work with my Western All star teams. People just dont understand how tough doing this alone is. That's why I asked on here and other sites for a little input. Covering a district is tough, but no way could I begin to be able to rank the entire west half of the state without some input. The state teams have a host of us getting ballots and voting, no research needed...Guys like you, me and Dave on eastern site...we do all the leg work. Congrats on your team. Looks good to me. (and I actually understand the concept you used)

That is a good list! One player I felt should be on the top 25 is Barnes qb somerset. Ran a no huddle offense and led his team to a semi final playoff game which most of the area qbs didn't do. Also didn't play many quarters due to huge leads to keep stats down some compared to others that played a full game. He still passed for 1534 yds and 20 tds and had 707 rush yds with 9tds. for a total of 2, 241 yds. He also was the leader in the 2ndary saving a lot of tds with 60 tackles, 2 ints, and 2 fumble recoveries.

a good list for mostly offense, however, I would increase the number to 30 or 40 to include all positions.

Some of these players would get destroyed going up against a few lineman one on one. it's all relative. without a half decent player or two on the line. none of these guys would have the offensive stats that they do.

I don't think the defense was well represented someone needs to look at stats especially skilled players
