Saint Joseph's 92
Harrisburg Academy 52

Jalen Gabbidon from Harrisburg Academy is something to see in person. He is a 6'5" junior with offers from Lehigh, Mount St. Mary's, Loyola, Colgate and Laffayette. Saint Joseph's played him tight and ran a double at him for most of the game. He still had 38 points. An amazing athlete and from what I heard, extremely bright and hard-working in the classroom.

If you took BCCHS, CC, BMCHS, BGCHS, FH, and NS and had them play some sort of super round-robin, you might get a different winner each and every game. They are that balanced. Super representation of the area.

I didn't get the chance to watch many boys games, a couple homer games and saltsburg. Is it safe to say that as a whole, girls games are a better watch than the boys? I know there are prob some exceptions where there's a solid boys game. But I hear a lot more chatter or buzz coming from the ladies.

I think part of it is the ladies have "stepped up their game". They now play the game the way the boys did maybe 10-20 years ago, and are getting better at it. Full court presses, steals to set up the break on offense, in your face man defenses. The down side, unfortunately, is the female physiology, susceptibility to more knee injuries.

ABSOLUTELY!!!!! That North Star team is peaked and never stopped growing this season! Very Impressive! Hope they are enjoying every moment! Love that they knocked of the Bishop!
