LV will not win states I hope they do but there's a solid argument they aren't even the best team in d6AA with BM and Bellwood

Hey dragon funny when a team finally has a great team and the fans act like they are the greatest team ever. Lol Enzo sounds like some of the mount union fans from 2 years ago. Already celebrating a district title they haven't won yet.

This is just my opinion but I think that LV will get through districts fairly easily. With that being said I have not watched BM or BA play but I just think there are too many athletes on the field for LV for those schools to beat them. I do not believe either team will be able to run the football on them because LVs defense is just too good and athletic. If either teams passing attack is any good they may have a shot at moving the ball, if not I think it may be a long game. However, games aren't played on paper and anything can happen in playoffs!

Paul, good you are all in for your team, but I'd caution with all the bravdo. BM will run against your team, heck they ran for over 200+ on BG. Westmont ran for over 200 on BG as well.
I'm rooting for LV this year as well, but now there is a big step up in competition. Playing schools that graduate 60 vs those that graduate 120 is simple math. Instead of 2 good lineman, perhaps there are now 4. Same for athletes to match up. (As an aside, this is why it is simple outlandish that BG plays A)
The reason LV lost to Central last year, was there were dominated on the line. If that happens against someone this year, there could be problems on your road to Hershey.
The item that makes this year's LV team different is the ability to throw. Colin Smith is the best Heritage passing QB I have seen since I followed. Unlike the past, if the running game does not work LV has many other options.
Should be fun. Don't expect many 50 - 0 drubbings in the playoffs.

I haven't seen Ligonier, but I'd imagine McCort is just as athletic if not more athletic than they are. Walters is a tough FB, Cook runs the option well, and Britt, Andrews, and Nash can all take it the distance any time they touch it.

Bellwood has been red hot and dominating lately as well and they have a heck of a QB in Tanneyhill and a defense that has been sufficating as of late. Don't count your chickens before they hatch LV...

First , Collin Smith is a good football player. Tutino, Daughtery and Parrish are good as well. LV has a nice , very nice team
However scoring whenever you want to is not the same as when you need to. LV has not seen anything close to what BM is bringing, either is speed at the skill positions, QB play or in line play. If BM was in the Heritage, they would have been equally as dominate as LV. Not that it is LV's fault who they play, they cant make other teams better.
The difference is the level of competition that BM saw in the LHAC this year. Playing teams like Johnstown and BG, prepares them and their coaching staff differently than blowing out Saltsburg and MC and sitting starters for entire halves of games.
Bottom line I dont care who wins, just so whoever reps D6 wins it all. Good luck to both teams

I agree CoffinCorner...the playoffs are much more competitive and most of the teams are pretty equal in talent...once the first round is over, it's anyone's game...all records are thrown out the window because it's lose and go home...I'm looking forward to catching some quality football games in the next few weeks...I hope BG 3-peats, Central gets there in AAA and whoever wins AA makes a nice run in the states...Good Luck to all the teams that made the playoffs! Well done!
