Not sure on the western part of the district but who can bet against township? Played against all of the teams in the east and a few in th west and I would bet on NBC and McBurg.

MBurgs one kid is a great player to watch and scores. talking to one of their players they started a lot of sophomores last year...like six or something... I know two of their defenders were sophomores. Their goalie is pretty good too. So they have done a lot with young guys sort of like NBC two years ago.

NBC has real strong group. They have great ball distributors and should be able to put up the goals. Their goalie is pretty tough also. Only question on them will be defense but they have enough core talent to build on that.

I agree that Fanette should be a better team as well and may give both of these teams some trouble.

NBC should be really good. Ridge will be about 5-15 or worse....Fannet Metal will be bad....Mcburg will be better....Forbes road will be worse...CT will be good and Rockwood will be about the same

Northern Bedford should be really tough next season if they haven't lost alot. They almost upset us in the semi finals, so if they didn't lose much then they will be very good. Township should be the team to watch for though, and for Rockwood, they lost alot also.

I understand going into this coming year that one school has lost their head coach and that being Todd Grissinger of McConnellsburg.
So are there any thoughts on how that will affect their team and are there any other coaches from any other schools that have decided to hang it up , i thought i heard the coach from Conemaugh Twp. was leaving and there was a slight rumor that the Forbes coach was leaving , but the only one i know about so far is McConnellsburg`s coach leaving.

Northern Bedford is losing a good many key stars on that team. They are losing both Foreign Exchange students, who produced a lot for their team scoring many goals and as well as Dan Oberman, they will struggle next year.

get out a pen and paper and take notes yall, Gunners about to say something bad about bedford....

granted theyre d6, but theyre in the d5 geographic region so i shall speak about my beloved bisons here. this past season they enjoyed a great deal of success including a 4-1 or 4-0 (im too old, my memory is slipping) victory over a very talented somerset side en route to the district semis. however, that team started 10, sometimes 11 seniors! so while i bleed blue and white, there aint no way bedford will be the same force theyve been for the past 5 or 6 years. sorry fellas

No doubt, the senior classes have always been good players...this year's seniors and overall team will have to fight to prove themselves.
