i don't know the scores in boys but considering that d. harris wasn't competing i was told that bedford blew out 2nd place ridge and i was told from a ridge kid!

Sorry deuce 2 the state meet is going to be 5 times more difficult than any invite Bedford has had this year.Kanuch could score 40 himself, and alot of years that can win states.Just because you win smaller invites doesn't mean you get the big state prize.

i heard trevor young took first in the pole vault, colby mock got first in the long jump and adam henderson got 1st in discus good job guys!!

wcc's is alot like states though alot of coaches compare ot to it but lately wcc's has decreased in meet size since i first ran!

States has around 200 aa schools competing. Compared to around 35 at west central.West central is a great meet but it is not even close to what you'll see at ship.

the difference between states and WCC's is that WCC's is more of a team invite, where as states, although it is run as a team invite, is more for the individual. a team with only 2 competitors could win states, but place last in every other invite they go to

I disagree gunner you have to have alot of studs to win west central.It's not going to help you much to have a good duel meet team there. Take for example some of the local teams with good duel meet teams. Nbc,ridge,bedford,central cambria girls.All good duel teams but not a prayer at wcc.You need people to score in the top 3 to have a legit chance to win,and to get top 3 at wcc you better be really good. Westmont boys came close and you could say they only have 3 real good people Kanuch and 2 distance runners.
