You learned a valuable lesson when they lost in the first round last year? I've seen them play Central in a scrimmage. They weren't that impressive. Conemaugh Valley beat Central by like 15. I know that their game with Central was a scrimmage, but if they play anything like that in the next two games, they'll be home for the rest of the season. It shows what kind of senior leadership they have on the team when they're leading the younger girls to do stupid things like at the Central game. It'll catch up to them at some point this week. Just wait and see.

Good lord deliverance, let it go.

Your personal feelings towards CK make no sense. Did one of the girls from their basketball team turn you down for a date or what? Did the Central girls even notice the CK girls in attendance? Not likely, just you, some moronic fan. The only idiots that took offense to the CK girls were other fans like you. You give yourself too much credit as a fan - you have absolutely no impact on the outcome of the game.

Anyway, your hatred of CK will burn even more after they stomp PM tonight. And YES, they did learn a lesson after losing to CV last year in the opening round. All they've done with that learning lesson is win 25 games in row since then... BURN.

By the way, the CK girls team has to be the hottest team in all of D6, and I mean on the court and off.

Yes, they noticed it. In fact, Central from what I hear, will not be scrimmaging CK next season because of it. That's how much it made Central's coach mad. So, I think Central's scoach had a lot of impact on the game. So, maybe you should know what you're talking about before you run your mouth. I know the facts. You don't. Yes, they've won all these games. That will mean nothing after they lose this week. BURN. By the way, the CK girls have to be the most disrespectful bunch of girls in all of PA. I mean on the court and off.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? The most disrespectful team in PA? We had NOTHING against Central, we were simply there to support our league team. We did not bash Central girls because they are a good group of players. Ok, so we lost last year, and we worked the ENTIRE off season so we did not have a repeat of dropping out, If you wish for us to lose, like I said, that's your own opinion. If the Central Coach took offense to that and does not want to scrimmage CK, I'm sorry that he feels that way, but our support of Southern was nothing against Central. How can you honestly say that we are disrespectful on the court? We have sportsmanship and we are not dirty players. We love the game, our team, and we live to ball.

Good Luck to the Claysburg Lady Bulldogs as they play Penns Manor tonight...and good luck to the Central Lady Dragons in their game against Westmont this evening. Both teams are talented athletes and are to be commended for their success this season. I am proud of your accomplishments...keep it going!

I guess turning around while their players are being announced isn't disrespectful? Answer me that, and then we'll talk.

I don't see them beating Conemaugh Valley. If they do, then they'll earn my respect. I predict a loss by 10. I figured they'd win tonight. However, I think they'll lose their next one. CV is tough as nails, unlike the cocky CK team.

Just an opinion from a neutral party.
Claysburg's girls are very good and I hope they make it all the way to Hershey. Conemaugh Valley and a couple teams in the west will be big hurdles but they are capable of getting there.

I understand why they would root for teams in their league, that is natural. But my honest opinion is to do that boisterously and openly in a game versus a neighbor school is questionable judgment. I doubt that the Claysburg girls, fans, or coaches would appreciate all the neighboring schools teams that aren't in their league (Central, C.Ridge, NBC) coming to their playoff games and openly rooting for Claysburg's opponent.

I don't think what Claysburg did was malicious versus Central, but it could be said that their judgment could have been better or they could have at least given the appearance of neutrality at that game.

I don't think they thought ahead and realized they'll need all the support they can get from not only their community but neighboring communities as they travel the road that will hopefully lead to Hershey. One of their neighboring schools may have a problem now with jumping on their bandwagon, and that's a shame.

Deliverance,
I'm assuming that you do not consider Central to be cocky? Well I hate to tell you this, but your wrong. Some of Centrals girls act like they are great and also have very bad attitudes, so I suggest you take a closer look at them on and off the court...as far as Claysburg girls go...wouldn't you be a little cocky if you had an undefeated season of 26-0??? THATS WHAT I THOUGHT! Claysburg girls have nothing against Central, they just cheered for the team in their league. I find no problem with what the girls did. I honestly think your the only one getting your panties in a bundle over stupid things. Overall Claysburg girls have nothing to be ashamed of this season win, or lose. They play well together and deserve everything they accomplish PERIOD :) thanks
