Crimes are punished because of "Potential" to harm people. That's why a robbery with a gun is SO serious. Walking around drunk, such as the case involving Penn State football player Paul Cronin, is NOT as serious as driving drunk, where someone MAY hurt someone else. Therefore seriousness of a crime is indeed based on potential for harm, what MAY happen.

Alcohol is always a choice of weapon if you choose to drive while intoxicated. How many books did you write again?

9.

Every time you post I imagine the voice of a 14 year old kid who's voice is cracking real bad. Maybe not even a 14 yr old, but more of someone who cries a lot. Are you sure your mom was never involved with Dick Vermeil?

Why's that, TAE? Every time I read one of your posts I go gamble on the opposite of what you say. That's what's paying my college tuition. Thanks. Are you sure your mom was never involved with Skip Bayless because you're normally wrong and you never shut your mouth.

When I asked her if she knew Skip Bayless she started crying and ran in the other room.

I figured. You're the same way. You run your mouth, but then turn and run the other way when someone actually confronts you. At least now I know where you get it from.

That's the second time you accused me of running the other way when confronted. And for the second time, I dunno what you are talking about. I'm on here everyday arguing, who did I run from?
