I looked over the CR schedule. WHo are the tougher teams they will be facing? Is Bellwood having a good season? How about Everett and NBC?

Chestnut Ridge players have all the confidence in the world that they can defeat bellwood and mo. Valley. Just because we lost to them in previous years doesn;t mean we have to this year. The talent on that team is incredible. No offense to last years guys, but this year is the best in a long time. We have at least 3 running backs who could, if given the chance, rush for 100 yards a game. They can also break tackles unlike last years fred halbig who fell if the wing blew too strong. Also, the quarterback has a real mind for the game. He knows the defense and has called spectacular audibles at the line this year. His throws are some of the best I have ever seen. The receivers have good hands and make some big catches for wilkins. I wonder why he doesn't use them more often. The line controls the trenches all game allowing the monster running game. I don't even have to mention the defense. 12 points in 3 games? Thats a feat no matter who you play. jordan Downey and sasha kauert have the left side contained and the middle line backers are incredible. Eric young and the rest of the d lineman stop the run altogether every night. Ridge is strong in every aspect of the game and have alot of talent this year, some of which no one has seen yet.

I would hope that they could put up those 'incredible performances' on A teams that will finish with 3 wins all year. Where does Ridge line up in the area? Just watch any football coverage on Friday night after it's all over, they are shown on the scoreboard blitz, that's about it. They do however, manage to cover the games that have meaning, and are half way decent.

HEY COUNT2INFINITY, THIS IS WHAT GUNNER AND I ARE TALKING ABOUT!!!!!

I understand your thoughts ham. this guy has no respect for the players from last year. He thinks he is part of the best thing to ever happen to football in this area. Sausha always thinks like that though. I hope it works out for him. But I can see why people get annoyed with it when you think about the level that they are playing at. You can't fault the kids they are doing what is expected of them. Sooner or later somebody will come along and put them back in their place. It has happened to all of us.

Your reference is well taken Ham. The Lions still have to earn the right to spout off how good they are. A significant win against a viable opponent will do that.

It is good to hear some skill analysis about the team.

No need to demean Fred Halbig and Brian Barefoot with your cockiness cr10.

cr10 needs to get a grip and come home from fantasy land. watch a laurel highlands and you will see a whole different game. Faster/ harder hits, etc.....

that is the kind of crap that gets ridge the unwanted attention it gets.
you are tarnishing what probably is a very solid football team.

Districts are over. Hand the D6 crown to Ridge. Shoot, they are 3-0!

CR10...you will be the first Ridgerite I bash when you lose in the playoffs. Thank you.
And the last thing I must tell you...NEVER QUIT!

cr10 do us all a favor and keep your pie-hole shut.

Why give these guys exactly what they are looking for?

Just stick to the facts and keep the rest of your opinions to yourself.
