Honestly, overall, the West Pac North is awful. Anyone can beat anyone on any given night in this section. And, Portage will surprise some of their West Pac North counterparts this year. The Mustangs aren't good at all, but look at the competition.

ramblers23...i just have to say this, wherever you are. Now, i could be wrong, but: I saw Ferndale play against CT. They came out with great intensity and great, in-your-face defense. They can shoot (escpecially Gaunt and #23 can remember his last name) and they can frustrate you inside and protect the perimiter while doing so. I've seen Windber play and I've seen Ferndale play this year and, i have to say, I honestly dont think that Windber will beat Ferndale. I think there is no shot in **** that you will beat Ferndale AT ferndale and I honestly think ferndale can beat you on your home court.

Thing is, Ferndale's court is awful. It's small, the court touches the stands, the inbounding sucks. So, naturally, any team that comes to play there will become frustrated. The fact that you have to go play AT ferndale on Tuesday, just makes me think that you wont get the win. Windber and Ferndale are a lot a like. You play good teams very well and just have trouble pulling it out.

My prediction, though, is that ferndale will pull this one out at home on tuesday.

Windber will at least have a decent record. Better than Ferndale. When was the last time ferndale even beat windber. Ferndale has a bunch of scrubs on the team who dont put up numbers. You guys are lucky to even put up 35 pts.

38 against westmont last night... I dont care if you have a tough scedule. Were lucky to score 35? once again you score in the 30's.. Wow 1-9 i was right on that one.
