How come Fiftycent isnt running his mouth now? Is it because his team get killed?! Good luck to whoever wins tonight, because Claysburg is just sitting back waiting to take on there next opponent.

However Somerset-Cernic's ends, it's a classic. Neither team had any fresh arms so they just slugged it out like two prize fighters. A huge crowd, a regional berth on the line, big hits, towering homers, amazing outfield defense, great strategy, questionable strategy and clutch pitching by obviously tired pitchers. Congrats to both teams, good luck to whoever's arms feel good enough to take the mound today and may the best men win.

Im just glad that Fiftycent finally shut his mouth knowing he was wrong. Claysburg vs. Somerset should be a great series.

Agreed AND it got a lot better because of the suspended game. Had Somerset and Conemaugh finished Friday night, a rested Claysburg team would have been going against a pitching-depleted opponent Saturday and Sunday. Instead, Somerset's arms get an extra day rest before Game 1 and with an off day Monday should be back to near full strength for their home game Tuesday. I'm not sure it will make a difference in the ultimate outcome but I think we'll see much more competitive games.

I'll say it could be a great series. It will be interesting to see if they really go at each other pitching-wise, especially Tuesday and Wednesday (why no game Monday?), or choose to line things up for regional play.

Kinda wonder why they had a whole day off for one inning saturday. Not claysburgs fault that other team was pitching depleted.

Cernics would have killed you all if stevens wasn't put in to finish the last inning of the somerset game, they would have beat claysburg in 2. fiftycent doesnt need to say anything for everyone to realize that.

You must be somone that doesn't know what you're talking about because Claysburg just beat Somerset 12 - 2 in 7 innings. This Claysburg team is the real deal. Don't know why no one else gives them any credit for what they have done. They only lost the first game of the year and won 22 straight.
