I'm somewhat close to FH and the strength coaches there. What Thuglife said is a bold faced lie. FH runs summer lifting Mon-Fri every summer at 8am every day. On MWF the kids go and work on fundamentals of football after a lift. On Tuesday and Thursday Bailey himself puts the kids through a rigorous speed and agility workout after a lift. From what I've heard, almost everyone attends, and the kids who don't are kids who need to work and they usually lift in the evening when the fieldhouse is open to the public. I've said it before on here, FH has a fantastic S&C program for a highschool. It's hard for me to believe Dudukovich wouldn't be at this stuff..

The Don is really that involved with summer workouts even though he is the superintendent? Impressive. Cant say the same about BB unfortunately.

Pats, this is just what I've heard. Bailey really does do a lot for he program though. The offseason has always been important at FH, and that could be a big reason why you hardly see FH rebuilding. They do it in the offseason! Also is another reason why the basketball team has so many down seasons. Most of the good football players elect to not play, and the others wrestle

Edit* and if Dudukovich isn't involved in all of this stuff, he must have some good genetics!

Forest Hills has a great offseason program i know some coaches at forest hills and they tell me its good and for the "Good" players that dont go to the workout program they are somewhere else either lifting or working on there agility mostly all the kids work hard for them or the kids who wanna play work hard and they sure are proving themselves this year, this team sure knows how to play football and its been a tradition there for a long time.

The kids do those on their own, usually organized by the seniors. So yes, they're legal.
