No I was just wondering because a lot of people for NB are high on him and I wanted to know what colleges are looking at him. As far as track I don't know the numbers exact. At the D5 meet I think Ian ran an 11.1 and Preston ran a 11.7?

Best times at the D5 meet in the 100 for each... Preston ran faster than I thought in the 100 last year.
Ian 11.13 prelims
Preston 11.51 prelims
They were both a tad slower in the finals. I forgot Zimmerman didn't run in the 100 to focus on the 200 and 400.
Preston is getting some looks now from schools like Frostburg. Early in the year he was planning on going to a trade school (at least that is what I think the plan was....now it may be changing as schools show some interest).
Hixson and Suter from most of the PSAC and Shephard, WV. Hixson was invited to and visited Syracuse two weeks ago

I'm not the only one that finds the list NB-centered. A true D5 all-star roster would not include 8 kids from Northern Bedford. That was my point, which clearly was not designed to cause trouble, only state fact. Every time someone questions a comment about Northern Bedford the entire board throws a fit. Once again, just calling fact, not "causing trouble."
As to your question about Eric Grace, anyone paying any attention to D5 A baseball last spring could easily see that Grace led the Panthers through the season and won them a district championship with some very good pitching, especially given his age. Also, it wasn't his grandfather that threw the first no-hitter in NB history, but his great uncle. I'm sure Eddie King could keep bring you up to speed on that one. I'm sure I'm not the only Cove-ite that remembers.

I still haven't seen anyone else post a team...that was just a quick list of guys that I picked. Dude, you are trying to hard to get on my case. As an NB guy, I obviously know the NB kids better than the guys on other teams. That isn't going to be published anywhere and was based on 4 teams, not all the teams in the entire district. What changes would you make? Who have you seen on film or in person that you would put on the list? It is easy to be critical and then not back it up with anything. What NB/TM/Central person would go watch a bunch of Westpac games anyway to know how good they really are? Especially a fan of NB baseball..
I'm confused.

Dragon. I really don't believe you are from central. I have looked at some posts and I don't see you commenting on the Central Tyrone thread in fact I don't see you commenting on Central football at all. I really think you are a NB grad who for whatever reason has a bad taste in your mouth about NB football. The way you comment about NB football I am now convinced you are a grad of NB. I can promise you I am not from the area but it seems you have the dislike for NB football for some reason. You can say you are not from NB all you want but come on I think it is becoming apparent you are.

It all varies Coach. Depends on what offense you want to run, defense, etc. I made one already this year just solely WestPac. I don't have the time right now to make a list but from yours it looks like you use stats more than actual knowing of players. Your list would be pretty close to mine but just with a few changes.

I used a N. Star and NB style offense.. 2 backs, 2 wr, 1 TE
I used a 5-3 for defense considering most teams are putting 8 in the box.

Coach I will say this I am with you on the district 5 allstar thing.Even more so when some have said clairton could beat district 5 allstar A and AA teams both.It irks me to think that people don't understand the number of quality kids that go through the district. If a head coach would be able to cherry pick a team they would be good.
