Congratualtions Tyrone! The Golden Eagles will meet the Lancaster Catholic Crusaders next week in Hershey. LC beat Philadelphia West Catholic with under a minute to play and then intercepted a Burr pass to seal the win. Should be a great one next week.

I was listening to the game and heard the Quips radio guys say something funny. After Tyrone had scored to take the lead on the Toss throwback pass to Franco the broadcast went back live and the radio guys did not know it. Heard one of them saying " That is only way they are going to beat the Quips is on a trick play." I still can't stop laughing. Who cares how you score when a trip to the state championship is on the line!!!

Did those announcers have an excuse why Tyrone shoulda been up between 17-21 to 0 at the half insteada being tied? 4 redzone trips and their only points came on Wilson-adams pick 6. It got hairy at the end, but didn't have to be. Bet the Tyrone kick team does 10000 PAT/FG's this week in practice.

Watching the video highlights on the news tonight you can clearly see that their running back was down at the 1/2 to 1 yardline, the ball is not anywhere near the goaline.
