They will be more than than a year or two.  The big Tight End 6'3 225 lbs (8th grade) is transferring to Kiski Prep and they have to replace pretty much the offense line.  I am glad to see that they hired someone from outside the area finally.  That is a step in the right direction.
LV runs away with the heritage conference but the question becomes have can they advance in the post season as that seems to be their Achilles heel every season.
I believe that big TE you are referring to is Reese Bole.
Saltsburg has some good players returning for 2016. QB Frank Plowman, RB River Shindledecker and WR Mitchell Carr. Their weaknesses will be an inexperienced OL and their defense.

They lost their line, backs and receivers, but they weren't a factor anyhow since play calling is very predictable in the run game. Id pick PM 6th in the conference.
More like Wowser!  I do believe that Penns Manor went undefeated last season AcadiaNational and PRfootball?  They have been on the upswing as one of the better teams in A for a long while now. One of the higher scoring teams year in and year out. Teams like HC Bls and even Lv run alot of the same plays over and over just from different formations,  execution takes precedence over predictably imo.  Teams like clariton,  Southern Columbia,  old Forge run only a handful of plays as well,  when you can't stop them why complicate things. Trick plays may work in peewee or Jr high football but after that they and mixing offensive schemes will lead you to lack of execution and a 1-9 record.  Basic rule of thumb.  As for the rankings I can see Lv being the clear number 1. I give Smith a lot of credit,  the kid is going to WVU.  I would like to see him step up and control a game on his own as he has dropped out of some big games in the past.  Maybe this will be their year they have a solid team.  Hc /pm will be there to this year and I can see Pl and United on the upswing.  Should be interesting with WS coming in. Coach Page and Coach Artley will have the guys ready to go again for this season as well,  can't wait to see what unfolds this season.

Haven't been on much but did check with a few BV parents. This kid leaving was no surprise. He was supposed to move to Patton and attend CH last year. Obviously that didn't happen. He has since moved in with his sister in clymer. I heard about 3 different reasons for the move, but they are all because of the home situation he had. The 3 parents I talked to ALL hope he does well. I am probably the biggest "hater" of recruiting on this site. But, this doesn't appear to be the case.
