Well there's only 4 WestPAC teams in D6 Conemaugh Valley (AA), Portage (A), Ferndale (A), and Blacklick (A). Chances are usually highly in favor of every other conference winning. Portage has been pretty good of late. CV has had some runs, but not so much of Ferndale or Blacklick recently. Maybe I'm missing the point. The LHAC is better than the LHAC Junior High system too.
