I'm guessing the school board didn't like the final two or three applicants. At least there has been no mention of it in the paper.

I have heard that Richie Emerick is in the running and will be moving into the district. Anyone able to confirm this?

Richie Emerick?? Now that is a good one! :lol: Even some of Bedrock's 3rd string QB's from the past would be better than R.E. I can't believe that name would even be mentioned in the same breath as Bedford. He is CR thru and thru. And should stay that way. I doubt anyone from Bedrock would want him anyway.

What's the big secret? Like Boxer said this isn't the NFL, but he insists he will not devulge the name of "the mystery man" that has a son who is a good wrestler, who coaches in the ICC. Why not just say it is Juniata Valley's head coach who is interested in Bedford's job? He needs a Math teaching position at Bedford for him to move in. The prob. is that Bedford doesn't have a position for him to fill. So they will go with Creps. But will the board hire Creps?
Not a real big secret. This is high school football (at Bedford no less), and not the NFL.

I heard a rumor while in bedford this past week that Mike Marshall interviewed for the head coaching position. Rumor has it that he was turned down, although he voulunteered to donate mouthpieces to the entire bedford football program. He supposedly is an advocate for protection of teeth or something along those lines. Or maybe it was having sharp teeth, I can't remember...

No B.W. you are incorrect. Mike Marshall was in Happy Valley doing a clinic with Joepa and teaching his players better fighting techniques. Biting is much better than pulling knives on teammates and beating up innocent students.

You are correct Bam- Bam. But I won't be moving into the Bedford school district.

BTW..Bam I will be hiring you as an assisstant to ba a line coach along with Goo Washington. Dan Caro and Luke Beegle will be defensive coaches and Bob Shank will be the Assitant head coach. Scott Waugerman and MIke Felix will coach the RB's and DB's. Buck will be the QB coach and special teams will be coached by Chad Bollman. What do you think Bam-Bam?
