It's Official: Steele to Bedford
Re: It's Official: Steele to Bedford
Ego thing?
If you try to improve your job, you are on an ego trip?
I see a guy going from a small school to a bigger school in the LHAC that has a ton of football tradition. He hasn't even coached one game at Bedford yet, and I don't understand the hate from Hollywood. Did you apply for the job and get picked over or something? Kevin Steele is a football coach who went to a better position in the eyes of most. If you were the head coach at Juniata and IUP offered you their job would you take the new job or stay at your old one? Then if a job opened at Akron and you had to leave IUP, would you?

It is a step up but for similar pay right? I thought he would take a pay cut to go to Bedford since he was a Principal at TM right or wrong? Talking about 2 different things with the IUP head coach to Akron head coach, that level is too good for him to coach at but I see your point. He will get hammered in the LHAC where he could WIN at average or below average talented teams because you can out-coach people at that level of D5! I didn't apply for the Big, Bad Bedford job that is out of my league, they are way too good for me to get an assistant job there, ha, ha, ha. Why are you so supportive of Steele rainmaker? Probably related to him!
