kidsport is only their temporary field until they finish there "multi-hundred thousand dollar" field. supposedly this field is gonna have an irrigation system and perfect grass and all this other BS, but theyve been working on it for like 3 years and keep screwing up, so i doubt it will ever happen. the field at their high school is the one thats being redone and i played on it my freshman year and it was pretty tore up, short, and narrow, plus u had to walk a up huge hill to get to the bus after the game, so it was just a horrible place to play.
for 3 years i called kidsport "home" as that was the home field for my jtown team, so i know that it is horrible, theres more rocks on the field than in the parking lot, its not even close to being level, and the patches of grass make it that much harder, the only good thing bout that place is the size of the field, other than that its just horrible, i know jtown used the fields this year while Trojan Stadium was being built and at least they brought benches for the kids to sit on, westy made everyone sit on the ground, and theres no bleachers for the fans either...its just a horrible place for high school soccer

just out of curiosity, does anyone think that rockwood will be a good contender in district 5 next year?

No i don`t think Rockwood will be very good next year they lose 6 seniors and that includes Blough,Cramer, and there goalkeeper.
From what i saw they will drop a bit in the standings, but they will probably go out and find some weak teams to put on their out of league schedule so they can get enough wins to make districts.
If they make districts they will be ripped up in the 1st round anyway so i guess it doesn`t matter.

Hyndman will have a good many seniors next year, and they should have a pretty decent team... Hopefully we can show our talent next season..

Hyndman

Yea I am sure Hyndman will show their talent and challenge for the shl title ,but you have a tough mountain to climb.
You have to get past both McConnellsburg and Forbes Road and both of them have held the title for the past 2 years and i don`t think Hyndman will reach it this fall either.

I did not forget about those years .
I just prefer to forget about those years as they were my first 2 years in here and we suffered those years until we got to where we are now.

I wouldnt rule out NS this yr. I think they will come back from there disapointing season this past yr. and be back on track to contend for the d-5 title. There are about 7-9 returning letterman who can play and are good.

Who is all returning next year for them, and will they still have the good defense, or will they have a better offense, or both?

I think it mite be both offense and defense next yr for NS. Last yr they had one of the defense in the area and they were all jrs. and plus there will be some mixin around but i see them goinn somewhere this yr.
