According to Coach Packer on the coaches corner show, the game site hasn't been determined yet. It is between BG Field and State college. He said they should know early in the week.

More on the ST Joe's situation. This is what was put out by Coach Maribito (sp?) of United on coaches corner. The game was scheduled for the BG field. On Wed they were told it was moved to State College. Then they were told there are no locker rooms or restrooms available. So they dressed in two separate locker rooms, 20 miles north of the field. Rode the bus back and used public restrooms prior to the game. My question is. Why the hell isn't D6 saying "What the hell"?

20 miles north? In the middle of the forest?

There are no locker rooms at State High's Memorial Field. Unbelievably, there have been multiple state playoff games held at the site. The last being the 2009 single-A semifinal between Bishop McCort and Tri-Valley. Both teams used buses at half-time for impromptu locker rooms as the temperature was in the single digits.

He didn't say exactly where, just 20 miles north. He did say they only had room for about 20 players in each so they used two.

Must say I came away very impressed with Central's front line on both sides of the ball. All the talk was about the experienced Tyrone OL but the Dragons were able to hold them to 55 yards rushing on 31 carries (1.7 ypc) and on offense Central tallied 253 on 38 carries (6.6). Everyone, myself included, expected Central to come out and rely on their explosive passing game. Definitely did not expect to dominate in the trenches the way they did. Another big matchup this week with Clearfield coming to town. Should be a good one. Side note...Hoenstine is very very good.
You play to win the game!!!

Where were they? If they were at St. Joe's gym, that is only about 4 miles from Memorial Field.
