So Sto-Rox, Rochester, and Clariton shouldn't be aloud in A either? My statement is true. I'm sorry thathow you feel.

What are you even talking about ?!?! Seriously the brain levels amaze me...what do these Public Schools that pull gentleman within their own school boundries have ANYTHING to do with the quality of football in the WestPac & Heritage or Private school advantages ?!?! Maybe since I only went to private school till 8th grade then went to public high school my "higher/better education" levels aren't up to par about what you're talking about here.....

Portage is bad example there starting QB a few years ago actually lived in CC school district but took his grand parent's address to attend Portage.

Go ahead and insult me but your not going to change the facts. The West-Pac and Heritage cant compete with single A schools out of their conference. Comes back to the saying. "Your only as good as your competition" and what I meant with Sto-Rox, Rochester, and Clariton is that they are dominant single A schools that don't recruit. BC and BG would even come close to those two. They are good for D6 A and that's about as far as they go.

Wait how many titles have BG won? And also d6 is a top 3 district in PA single A.... And past five years we have 3 lhac winners, 1 ICC winner and 1 heritage winner. So why cant ICC be in your comparison with heritage and westpac

I believe that it was Illinois who recently created a multiplier for non public schools due to the rising number of charters and what they perceived as an unfair advantage for these new and smaller schools. Does NY do something similar? I know that there are posters on here from out of state. What is done in your state?

In Washington they are put in the same lower categories like PA. But bigger schools are more relevant in Washington and there is more care for athletes in college than winning state titles.

In Idaho there is only one private school that is from Boise. It is 4A out of 5A alignment

RudyB wrote:The PIAA is afraid to get involved in a lawsuit if they seperate the Catholic or Private schools from the Public Schools. However, there is a solution that I think is fair. I believe,(in the case of the Catholic Schools in our area), they should play in the classification in which their school resides. Meaning, McCort should be AAA based on the school district in which they reside.. Johnstown. Carroll should be AA based on their area in Central Cambria. Guilfoyle should be AAAA based on their pull with Altoona.
As for the Charter schools, it is ridiculous for them to compete with the Public Schools. Lincoln Park is a Charter school for Performing Art. Do you really believe that all their 6-7 basketball players play an instrument??? Maybe someone in our area such as Ebensburg start a Charter school for football. Im sure they would be playing at Hershey every year.
The effect on this really hurts Single A classification.
Also as for my picks, I hope its Portage vs. Homer Center.

WOW...give me a break. Guilfoyle has not made a district final in over 20 years and has only been relevant again last year and this. AAAA?? I can tell you this.. I dont know about BC or BM and I dont care but I can absolutely guarantee you nobody on the BG football team has any of their tuition paid by boosters or anyone else besides there parents,,, FACT
