this dude is really beautiful....
I only said that about Salem because it seems like the general opinion of him is a negative one. You took that the wrong way.
I think I get it....... Vman should not say anything negative about a FH administrator (even thogh it's true) 'cause you know the family & were in the back seat of a Chevy w/ his daughter in 11th grade, or something.

I like the ongoing rules determinations

But you can rationalize/justify any ripping on others ?? Did Opie (our resident scientific reseacher) conduct a valid survey on Salem's status throughout the county.

But let's move on......
How in God's name would FH get away with lying about their enrollment?
Easy.....Perhaps you missed the part in my previous post where I clearly state that no school has ever been challanged by the PIAA.

And I certainly hope you don't "take this the wrong way."

The one time I DONT rip on Salem, and that's when I get called-out for doing it!

So now its appropriate to talk about family members, but a day ago it was against the law to bring up a kid's mom or Virginia Tech. Nice double standard.

How do you know that no school was ever challenged by the PIAA? Why wouldn't the PIAA double-check census reports with the numbers the HS's send them? Even if FH does cheat, what do you care, McCort beats them every year anyways.

And if there are people lying, why haven't they been turned in yet? One year is as good as the next.

Guess I've got to answer nrawnjsentfan's accusations about cheapshots.
1) Didn't Cruz' mom know that Pitt was an urban school? Didn't his family talk about this BEFORE verballing to Pitt? These aren't cheapshots. They are legitimate questions concerning THE REASON that Cruz decommitted.
2) I used the example of Virginia Tech to show that "trouble for students" can happen anywhere, not just in urban atmospheres. It ws an example, not a cheapshot.
3) Have you heard the phrase, "Hire a teenager while they still know everything"? I AM smarter than a 18 year old kid. Not a cheapshot, just a fact.
4) All posts involving vman's daughters were hypothetical situations, given as examples or analogies to help vman understand my points better. You know, to bring these situations a little closer to home. Of course he chose to make it sound like I was attacking his family. Please re-read all my past posts. You will see. NO cheapshots here either.
5) I thought vman demanding I name kids I know with full academic rides was unnecessary, considering in the past he would not name HIS sources about HIS accusations. I mean, how was he going to prove the names I would give him were true anyway. Where's the cheapshot there?
6) Attempting to drag McCort's coach into the fray of negativity??? Other than his folks, who do you think Cruz relies on for advice, huh? It's his high school coach, right? I was right in asking what part Salem played in Cruz' decision to decommit? Where's the cheapshot here? You mean to tell me that Salem does not influence his players in a situation like this?
So finally, you'll have to come up with another modus operandi theory. Sorry.

Did I drag McCort's head coach into the fray of negativity?
From Pantherlair Saturday April 21. Article entitled: Bishop McCort Tight End Decommits.
Cruz said, "I called the Pitt coaches Tuesday (April 17) and told them I was reopening the recruiting process. I then went down to visit West Virginia WITH MY HIGH SCHOOL COACH. I spent some time talking to all the West Virginia coaches and took a tour of their facilities".
SO. How much influence does Salem have over his players? He even took Cruz to WVU, on a school day none-the-less. Didn't McCort have school on Tuesday April 17th? Pitt's decommittment wasn't even cold yet and they were heading south to visit WVU on a school day. And what's sad is, you don't call WVU on a short notice (the same day) and tell them we're gonna be there in a couple of hours for a tour. I'm sure the decommittment and trip to WVU were planned in advance. WOW! Sounds to me like the BM coach didn't need to be dragged into the fray of negativity. He fell into it all by himself.

Since I'm gonna get called-out for talking trash on Salem, I might as well do it now, too: I'm sure that "meeting of the minds" between Rodriguez and Salem was really one for the ages. Everyone else in that room walked away 20% dumber than before the conversation ever started.

Moldo you do know that there are such things as college visits right? And on these college visits you are allowed to miss school in order to go look at a college. I know Forest Hills has them so come on stop reaching.

Username6: You are a perfect example why the Indians NEVER selected their chief from the youngest men of the tribe.

Username, I appreciate the support and also the humor, but I DID get called out! Look back a few posts at V-man taking my dig at Salem too harshly.

MOLDO... AGAIN comes up the Indian-chief reference. Like I told you 90 times, WHAT HAPPENED TO THE INDIANS????????? The old "wise" men of the tribe just kept saying "go along, go along, go along" and look what it got them. There is clearly something to be said for life-experience, but it doesn't always translate to wisdom!

Like Chief Joseph said: "I will fight no more (with Moldo over this) forever!!!"

So you think the Indians would have been better off if the young bucks would have led the tribes? They would have been wiped off the face of the earth and we wouldn't have nearly as many casinos as we have today.

Teepees and maize were state of the art at one time. And the smart old men led the way. You had to be smart to make it to "old". The young and foolish ones didn't get that far.
