I think 152 is the most over rated bracket outside a couple of studs. I think Berchick and Doak shouldn't have problems with anyone. But often has the potential to give them a go. Also I feel just because someone has a bad district tourney ( dively) doesn't mean he wont do good because he is the best kid in that bracket in my opinion.

Haha somebody is still trying to make us believe otten is the best, if he was the best he would of won Thomas, won weatpac, and won districts, he failed to do any of them, so to say he is the best is 100% inaccurate. He has to prove it.

exactly sparky otten went 0-2 at regionals last year

last year otten go 30 something and 0 and wins district. goes to regionals and gets stomped. this year he has a decent season. loses to berchick a few times, loses to darr, and then heffner at the westpac tourney. he is not that incredible. he is good but def not good enough to place at regionals. berchick gets out and possibly darr if he wrestles tough. 152 is def not a weak weight class.

I think everyone has doak and berchick as the top 2, not otten. he may get 5 if he wrestles well. The top two proved themselves thru the year and both beat otten twice I believe when they wrestled. Not taking nothing away from otten as he did wrestle them tough, but clearly doak and berchick are at the top of there game right now. And heffner isn't no slouch as a wrestler either. He is tough to beat. Either is darr. And revak had a lot of wins and didn't even make it as did moskey. I think the 152 class is tough as heck and have some really good kids.jmo It isn't a weak weight class that is for sure. Those kids are all good wrestlers. It will be interesting to see how things shake out, but I don't know how good d-7 is, but d-5 and d-6 have some really good wrestlers at that weight class.

Man, some of you guys needs ease up on the Otten boy, he's a nice kid, and has a great shot to make the semi's if not the finals, his matches with berchick have been tight, who knows, d7 isnt bringing much, he should win in the prelims and he matches up well with bafia in the quarters so that puts him in a great position to make it out. I honestlythink the semi's are going to be berchick, otten, darr and drew. Ive seen every kid at 152 wrestle several times this year and the guy that posted about it being overrated is kind of right. It isnt a tough weight class compared to most. There are a lot of average wrestlers and a couple good ones and some unproven kids. Drew is one of the favorites in that bracket, obviously in my opinion, I dont think anyones gonna touch him this weekend ha-ha, but he's a freshman that hasnt done anything yet, so of course its overrated. Can't wait until this thing gets started! Ill be at Scott's outside the areana between sessions if anyone wants to come say hi and talk some wrestling, of course you know my name, I wouldnt know yours because you have a top secret screen name protecting it.
