D6 A and AA Playoffs

Honestly if portages wins they will get the credit of winning against a top 4 Heritage team. If they really want to be someone to be wrecking with then they need to be able to hang in there with Penns Manor in D6 playoffs. That is a game i am hoping for the most, just because of their similar styles and majorly improving defenses.

But you give Berlin no credit for beating Northern Cambria who just happened to beat Penns Manor. Heck, Northern Cambria could not only end up as a top 4 team but also the Heritage conference champion.

Please tell me that you honestly don't think Berlin could beat penns manor? You said it yourself that LV was the best team you have seen play all year and even though the score read 20-11 that game was manhandled by the comets. Penns Manor had Bytner injured most that game and were easily looking over Heritage. That team then and this team now are 100% different. Its like saying if portage played Berlin again i would put my money on portage hands down. Atleast the comets have not had to struggle to beat a bottom feeder team in a conference like Berlin this past weekend.

I honestly don't know what to think but I'm not the one sitting here declaring one conference better than the other...you are. I know Homer Center barely beat a WestPac bottom feeder one week and then almost beats Ligonier Valley the next. Also, Berlin may have beaten your eventual league champion. See what I'm saying here? With results like these, it's just stupid for anyone to declare one league better than the other. It's a game of matchups. That's why we have crazy results. Btw, I'm now more impressed with Portage than I was with LV. I haven't seen Berlin yet but will in a couple of weeks. But even after I do, I know for a fact I still wouldn't be able to commit to calling one conference better than the other.

Ligonier Valley is sitting in a bad spot in the playoffs. I look for them to drop to #4 and play Tyrone in the 1st round. And I think Richland will have the hardest path to the championship. May have to play PC the 1st round - would have to play Tyrone the 2nd round - and then play Central for the crown. I guess it doesn't always pay to finish with the top seed.

Bellwood might be similar. I can see them have to go through bishop mccort round one, Penns manor round two, and then bishop guilfoyle if they both make it that far

So many big games tonight. The standings could look a lot different come Sunday. With single A going to 8 teams it is defiantly more exciting.
