Altoona 27-17 winners over Bethel Park. Nice win for coach Franco's squad.

Re: WEEK 10 SCORES
Great job to Coach Franco and the Mt. Lions. Not many people thought they would win a WPIAL playoff game this soon.

That's a long 200 miles home.DragonsDoExist wrote:Altoona 27-17 winners over Bethel Park. Nice win for coach Franco's squad.
Re: WEEK 10 SCORES
I am shocked by the lack of emphasis on the kicking game at FH, XP's are automatic at so many schools, could see this catching the Rangers in a close playoff game
Re: WEEK 10 SCORES
What is a "lack of emphasis"? Should they practice more? Should they get a kid from the soccer team? Sometimes execution is the problem.

Not trying to really get into the "Private/parochial" debate because I guess it is fate more than anything....But I feel bad for Blairsville, it seems like BG is a buzzsaw waiting. as powerful as the BC squads of past. It seems when the bobcats build their best teams in the past ten years there is an uber powerful Bishop waiting.lhacbigfan wrote:Playoffs are set.

Game of the night:
Conemaugh Township 42 North Star 8
Township advances to the playoffs at 4-6. North Star's season comes to a 3-7 end. One could argue that North Star got the better of that deal
