JJ , pretty sure Huntingdon won a few titles since 91 . And your team will have it's slide as well .
Swaggy / CC , I sat on Huntingdon's side and didn't anything you don't hear every Friday night on both sides of the field when a close call goes the other way. I could hear a loud voice from the other side at times as well. Please don't lump all Huntingdon fans with a couple of idiots which by the way all schools have them.
Good High school game and congrats to FH .

I was on the Huntingdon side as well and it didn’t get bad until FH went up 25-8. They just started chirping more then.

@ 25-8, FH 'seemed' to go into prevent mode. The short stuff to Long was there all night, get him the ball in the open field & let 'er rip tater chip. They got away from that for a bit, and tried pounding Elgin which doesn't work when he tries lateral moves. He can't dance. Straight blasts are his forte. FH had 3, count 'em 3, sure TD passes dropped, H'don the one to Border. Traditionally, over the decades, if you have a stud runner, doesn't matter who, FH D tends to shut 'em down. Thinking of guys like Tink Stennett, Chad Shilling & Forcellini, Johnny Rizzo, Chico Williams (Aliq.), et al. Hudy somewhat impressed, towards the middle of the 4th qtr., I was more worried about his scrambling or keepers than his downfield arm. The other RB, had better success than Borders. But even he got most of his yards on 2 long play mistakes by the FH coverage. Next week IMHO will be @ DuBois, against a Sharon Tiger team looking for revenge for a couple years ago. Better have the Nat'l Guard standing by for this one. They were the dirtiest team FH has ever played. One of our players was punched in the post game handshakes, and the police asked Bailey if the team needed escorted to the buses.

I know I’m not talking about all fans just a select few

I think JJ meant since 91 in the old AA classification that turned into AAA now. Huntingdons were in AAA before they moved down to AA. I forget what year they moved down.

Huntingdon had 5 AAA titles during those years. I'm sure they would've been a huge factor at AA if their enrollment was similar in that time frame. The 98 team probably would've easily won the title. But I guess that's all apples and oranges.

Manfred what is the difference this year to last year seen FH twice last year they where a BAAAAD football team? Where there a lot of linemen injuries last year? What ever it is let's hope they keep rolling this year.

It would be the improvement in the line, both sides, as they were younger & smaller and didn't lose that much. The maturation of Cecere and Long, Elgin, and a couple others was a boost too.
